How to Add Your Signature to Android Mail
Follow these steps in Android Mail to install the signature you just created.
Open the Gmail App
On your Android device, open the Gmail app and tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines).
Go to Settings
Scroll down and tap Settings, then select the email account you want to update.
Tap Mobile Signature
Tap Mobile Signature (found under the Signature settings section).
Paste Your Signature
Paste your generated signature into the text box, replacing any default text.
Save
Tap OK or the back arrow to save -- your signature now applies automatically to new emails.
