How to Add Your Signature to Outlook 365
Follow these steps in Outlook 365 to install the signature you just created.
Open Outlook Settings
Sign in to Outlook on the web and click the gear icon in the top-right, then select View all Outlook settings.
Navigate to Mail Settings
Go to Mail > Compose and reply.
Paste Your Signature
Paste your generated signature into the signature editor box.
Enable Auto-Inclusion
Toggle on Automatically include my signature on new messages and/or on messages I reply to or forward, as needed.
Save
Click Save to apply your changes.
