Open Mail Preferences
Open the Mail app on your Mac and go to Mail > Settings (or Preferences) > Signatures.
Select Account and Create Signature
Select your email account on the left, then click the + button to add a new signature.
Paste Your Signature
Paste your generated signature into the right-hand editor box.
Preserve Formatting
Uncheck Always match my default message font if you want to preserve your custom formatting.
Save
Close the Settings window -- changes save automatically.
