How to Add Your Signature to HubSpot
Follow these steps in HubSpot to install the signature you just created.
Open HubSpot Settings
In your HubSpot account, click the settings gear icon in the top navigation bar.
Go to General Email Settings
In the left sidebar, navigate to General > Email.
Open the Signature Tab
Click the Signature tab to open the signature editor.
Paste Your Signature
Paste your generated signature into the editor, then adjust spacing or alignment if needed using HubSpot's formatting toolbar.
Save
Click Save -- your signature will now be included in one-to-one emails sent from HubSpot.
