How to Add Your Signature to ProtonMail
Follow these steps in ProtonMail to install the signature you just created.
Open ProtonMail Settings
Sign in to ProtonMail, click your account icon, then select Settings, or go to All settings from the sidebar.
Go to Identity and Addresses
In the left-hand menu under Messages, click Identity and addresses.
Find Your Signature Field
Locate the email address you want to add a signature to, then click Edit signature (or Add signature).
Enable Rich Text and Paste
Toggle Rich text formatting on if available, then paste your generated signature into the editor box.
Save
Click Save to apply -- send yourself a test email to confirm formatting displays correctly.
