How to Add Your Signature to Zoho Mail
Follow these steps in Zoho Mail to install the signature you just created.
Open Zoho Mail Settings
Sign in to Zoho Mail, click the gear icon in the top-right corner, then select Settings.
Go to Signatures
In the left-hand menu, click Signatures under the Compose section.
Create a New Signature
Click the + icon to create a new signature and give it a name.
Paste Your Signature
Paste your generated signature into the editor box.
Set as Default and Save
Mark it as your default signature for new emails and/or replies, then click Save.
